I'm not really a fan of artisinal desserts, in fact a magnum classic ice cream already satisfy my cravings most of the time. This one right here is an exemption, it's a one time experience. I just wanted to check for myself if they can make a difference with the taste or is it just for the looks.
It actually surpass my expectation when it comes to the taste & experience. On top of that, it also surpass my budget :D
I got to try this at the Grand Lagoi Hotel at Bintan, Indonesia.
