Partially Submerged Boulders in Lake Tahoe
I took this image 11 years ago right off the banks of North Lake Tahoe. This part straddles the border between Nevada and California and I always get confused to which state I'm in when I'm at the park.

It's always tricky not to go too extreme with long exposures in the water. It'll make the water look like cotton candy. Love the texture in the rocks. Did you use the clarity slider by any chance?

It`s the water, due to longexposure over a few seconds, it looks like fog
