What I wouldn't give to walk through a field of flowers like this....
I have a favorite flower that grows on the side of the road -they're just really wildflowers (aka weeds hahaha) but they are so vibrant! a deep shade of purple... and they're unusual.... they grow up on a stalk.
they kinda look like statice??? but they're more wild looking.
these remind me of those :)
I love statice - they are so papery and last forever in a bouquet. The flowers in the photo are baby carnation buds. The photo is reminiscent of a meadow though - yes, I see it. ;)
