Thanks for bringing up forums... it's going to bug me now the name of one I was super active on but can't remember now...what was it...hmmm...nope. Lost it. @photofeed has been awesome. Just starting out on Steemit and instantly having something great for photographers... perfect.

Haha, I don't know about Discord, but I used to live on vBulletin forums many years ago. Nothing else in social media has managed to recapture the magic of those days.
I don't have any juicy negative experiences to recount - I'm just leaving room for improvement - there was the steep learning curve, and dealing with bandwidth issues was frustrating until I got over that hump.

OMG! CELLAR.ORG! That's what it was and it's still active! I'm going to have to check t out. I wonder if I can remember my username and password...
