This was unusual to see how the low angle sunlight came into the cloud mass and lit it up like a lantern. The strong diffused light created some nice variation of shading. The blue sky with wispy white clouds give a good color combination along with decent rule of thirds depth of field.

Those red rocks certainly do offer some of the world's finest landscape vistas! Always enjoyed "just sitting and looking" whenever we visited.
I have to agree with you on the worlds finest vistas. I never tire from looking at and appreciating it.

Whoa. Dang. That's pretty impressive. The thunderheads are so detailed and 3D looking.. Looks like a volcano or something, pretty wild! Great capture.

Ah yes those clouds just look sublime, especially with the band of blue sky above them and the deep cutting red below them. What a sight! Those rocks are something else, the colour and structure is amazing. Must be a great place to hike or cycle around :)

This photo was taken with a Canon Elph 360 but a lot of my images were shot on film with medium format equipment.
