The magnificent Kolob Canyon has stunning views of massive towering peaks. This ancient red sandstone looks amazing against the blue sky and white high clouds. Kolob Canyon is a lesser known part of Zion National Park in the state of Utah, USA.
We are so fortunate to have these natural treasures to enjoy and enrich our lives.
Beautiful shot. A lot going on, good clouds and sky, mountains and foreground with the green trees, all balanced in the right proportions. Great work! Sorta reminds me of Sedona. The mountains are very majestic and I'm not sure how red they are naturally, but with those sunset colors it looks like a similar red to Sedona as well. This one brought back some good memories of going on photo adventures with you! Thanks for sharing.

Kolob Canyon is a place that is very beautiful and amazing although not so famous. I think the local government needs more attention to this special place.
Kolob Canyon is Federal land. Local or State governments have no power or jurisdiction.
