While it was raining an opening in the clouds shed light on some of the high rocky cliffs that surround part of Sedona Arizona USA. Rainy days are wonderful when you live in the desert!

This mountain looks higher than the others.
These mountains are actually the southern edge of the massive Colorado Plateau!
So cool! Having been lucky enough to go to similar national parks, when I look at your pictures of Sedona I can really feel the full expanse of the image. These places are HUGE and so much amazing scenery for miles and miles around, so peaceful and beneficial for us to get out and experience/explore :)
