A howling wind at Whatipu Beach on New Zealand's North Island. Normally the aim is to get everything crisp and still. In this case, I loved the way the wind was represented by the blurred motion of the grass

Wow! Awesome to have the blurring on the top (clouds) and bottom (grass). I've never played with long exposure. Mostly I'm a casual photographer shooting pictures with my Pixel 2 phone. Apparently third-party camera app is capable of 4.1 seconds of exposure, but not longer due to a hardware limit. With 4 seconds, do you think I can accomplish anything worthwhile?
You can definitely get interesting shots with 4sec! You'll just need a tripod for your phone but try it out with people walking on the street and also water flow.
I love it! The movement in the grass looks rad. And those clouds 👌
Thanks heaps!

No way, the long exposure makes it feel like it’s flying at you. I like it!🙌🏻
Thank you!
Wow. That's an awesome photo.
Thanks so much!
Awesome capture of movement. Those colors are sweet too. Resteemed!
Thanks a bunch, guys! Sorry I haven't been hanging around lately! I appreciate the resteem
That is a really cool effect!
Great work! 8)
What kind of ND filter did you use?
i'm sure soon will show up the leopard XD
this shot is amazing!!!
Beautiful how the energy in this picture comes together. All the clouds and and grass pointing at the bashing elephants (I think the rock looks like 2 bashing elephants 😇)
Wish I had such weather while I was there a few months ago!
