Nocturnality is an animal behavior characterized by being active during the night and sleeping during the day.
I recently took a job with different shifts and these next weeks including this one,i will be working at night.I am a newbie and for that is gonna take me a while to adapt to schedule,for example i arrived home around 8 am and i slept until 18. In the long term i wonder what will the physiological effects be upon body and also mental health state,if i will get used to or i am bound to work while sun shines outside.
Weirdly.i was always and with no exceptions,a better learner at night,during my school years and later on with self taught projects,so this could easily make me a half night creature at least...and some friends love to tease me by naming me "night owl".
I will leave you with a self portrait i did 3 years ago regarding this nocturnal matter and my absolute devotion to Harry Potter(thats where the inspiration came from for this particular idea).
As for me,i have to run and get ready for another Night owl behaviour and coffee overdose drinking,be well and happy thoughts!
Sometimes, working at night can be relaxing. I had a long period of time when working only after midnight was making me have the best results. I was working in creation and having the lights dimmed made me able to focus on my tasks and thoughts better.
So, if properly balanced, nocturnality is a great asset. As a constant 4-hour-per-night-sleeper I can say that keeping focus during the day is somewhat harder. Don't overdo it.
I am a sucker for a good story and I tend to do my reading here so welcome. Don't forget to read the tutorials and ask about anything. I have also written a guide for growing your account organically and morally.

I like working at night also. Waking up early in the morning the next day is hard, though. Especially since I am not a morning person.
