NYC is currently in stage one in terms of opening up the city (whatever that means).
All I know is that it's going to be tough getting a shot like this during blue hour - without any people in the shot.
It took me a few attempts to get get the right shutter speed as it was windy on the Brooklyn Bridge (plus factor in the sway of the cars).
Settings: 2 1/2 seconds, f8, ISO 640
Camera / Lens: Canon 5d Mark IV, 16-35mm f4 lens
