For those who have been following us since last year, here is our update. After visiting Kauai, we flew back to the mainland. Visited home, then the driving started. We drove from El Paso Tx, all the way to Canada; literally. We made some stops here and there and one of our stops was Niagara New York. Niagara is located near to Buffalo New York, it is the border city (town) to Canada. I honestly had never been to the east coast or up North, so experiencing that was pretty cool. During our stay in Niagara we had to check out the falls. One of the Greatest Wonders of the World! It was about 10 degrees that day and it seriously felt like -30 degrees!
There was soooo much snow when we arrived to Niagara!! I have never seen so much snow! It was like having that feeling as a kid of a snow day and missing school. We had "snow days" in Texas, but they were because, in Texas, when we experience snow, we close down everything. In New York, not so much. lol
This is the current of Niagara, leading people towards the fall. The current sounds so massive, strong, and aggressive. Definetly didn't want to get caught in that water! Especially not during freezing weather! Anyway, you can see Canada from Niagara and that was pretty impressive. Didn't think it was that close!
Here she is, The famous Niagara Falls! Oh so beautiful & breath taking! Had to take tons of pictures of the falls because all the water from the falls was splashing on my lens! We weren't even that close! But that just let us know how powerful this waterfall is. I mean look at it, she's a beautiful, tough, landscape. We couldn't feel our face, our fingers, nor our toes. Winter was here!
The bridge to Canada! Such great architecture and so tall! It always amazing me how we are able to build these amazing structures.
Even though it was freezing cold, it was such a great experience! We got to see feet of snow, the changes of the land in the states, and one of the greatest Wonders of the World. Cannot wait to see the rest! Until next time, I hope you guys enjoyed it! We shall be posting the rest of our travels soon, thank you guys for your time. :)
