Even before I began reading the content of a cv, I could have a feel whether I could imagine working with a person according to the picture I saw. Not exactly what one could call an objective procedure I know ;-). So I think it was a good move to put a lot of effort into some nice photos.Hi @wolfje good luck with the job search! I was recruiting in the past and the first thing that mattered to me was the photo.
Thanks, yes and I will try to adjust the picture depending on the company I apply for, that way they should be more positive towards me.
