KL's Beef Ball Noodles - a must-try! 😋

One of KL (Kuala Lumpur, capital of Malaysia)'s most well-known beef ball noodles is to be found downtown in the old section of the city.

This is also my favourite shop for this dish.

It is a simple dish, of which the main attraction is the beef balls, accompanied by wantan noodles with soy-seasoned minced pork or beef. The noodles are served 'dry' and separate from the beef balls in clear soup.

That's what I had!
With a herbal tea, and the little dish of chili you see, that goes with the beef balls and is superb!
There is an endless supply and we normally drench our beef balls with it - take care, it is quite spicy

I had it with minced pork
It comes with mustard greens which I don't like, so they were given to sis before I took this shot
You stir the noodles all up together so the mince is mixed into the noodles
I also add the chili to it!
This is a 'small'... you can also order a 'large' portion

These beef balls are to die for...
A lil spongey to the bite, but firm enough
They serve them in a clear soup with some chopped spring onion sprinkled into it
I like the soup with lots of pepper and the shop has a
wonderful strong variety
