Today, a friend of mine shared a post on Facebook which gave me a much-needed laugh. The post was originally created by the page Simple Ideas But Totally Genius, and it showcases some hilarious photographs by the Japanese artist and photographer Hot.Kenobi. They depict a range of comic book action figures in a variety of amusing, quirky and sometimes tear-inducing poses (the last photograph featured in this post really tugged at my heart strings). I am currently sick and bedbound, so these pictures really brought a smile to my face.
Here are Superman and Batman doing their bit for the planet. I approve! 😉

Very funny @aislingcronin 😄 and very very clever! I love all the Super Hero stuff, probably because I have no choice 😀. My kids watch all these movies over and over again. I don't mind as I secretly love the stuff!! Shusshhh, not a word about this to anyone!! Thank you.
Ah, there's no shame in it at all! 😉 I think a part of us always remains a child at heart, no matter what. That's why seeing the pictures of the action figures delighted me so much!
