The tour of the two fortresses in Asolo (Italy)

in #photography7 years ago

Hi everybody
Today it's raining, but as I told you, Sunday was a beautiful day, so I decided to take a ride that I've never done!

It is called the turn of the two fortresses.
The route starts from the beautiful mediaeval village of Asolo, and develops along the surrounding winding hills.

The first part is all uphill. You have to climb 224 steps that lead to the fortress of Asolo. This path at the end of the staircase does not provide to pass through the fortress, you must continue to the hill turning your back to the sun.

To the south the view is closed by the ridge of the hill, while to the north we can see the mountain range of the Venetian pre-Alps.

Looking at the plain, we can see the small countries that work in the area to conduct an economy based on agriculture.

I crossed very few people, at one point I discovered a construction that I did not know. The tower of Santa Giustina.

Beautiful, especially the view in that first photo. Thanks for the guided tour!

Thanks, the first shot is the one I liked best and I focused more on post production :)
Thanks, for the nice comment!

Great series man. Make more like this. Steemit really needs good content, and complete series, not just a photo and that's it. So, make more series, you have such beautiful photographs. I'll keep my eye on you.

Oh, and why don't you use the #photomatic tag? I am a curator for @photomatic page and we make daily features and also weekly contest. Join us on discord maybe for more info: https://discord.gg/nVjUfAn

Thanks, yours is the best comment I received! You are kind and you gave me good advice! Now I also follow @photomatic. In the future I will also use the tag you recommended.

Glad i can help! Have a great day!

Beautiful scenery!

Thanks, it's really nice, it's always worth going out for a walk to discover new things !!
