Hello my steemers,
Only approximately 600 km away from Bucharest, is Thassos, a Greek island, situated in North Aegean Sea. In 2012, I had the chance to visit for the first time Greece and this remarkable place, so this is how I fell in love with amazing Greece.
I stayed there one week and everyday I went to another beach, because you really have a lot of beaches from where to choose. We rented a motorcycle so it was quite easy to discover the beautiful landscapes.
Marble Beach, my favorite beach from this island was discovered really late and it used to be a secret, but now everyone knows about this beauty.
We had a lot of activities in one week. We did parasailing, so once again I had the chance to beat my fear of heights, and I am glad that now I am not that sensitive to heights.
Livadi Beach
Below is Giola, a natural lagoon carved in the rocks, it resembles a swimming pool, but unfortunately I did not enter because I don't know how to swim, which is pretty lame, but in the near future I will learn.
Sorry, I feel bad because I don't remember the names of this wonderful beaches, but I strongly recommend this island, it's my favorite place in Greece. The food is amazing, the water is warm and has a lot of beaches. Also, tzaziki is very good and there are a lot of cats, if you are a cat person.

Thank you...it's perfect! I feel I was again there. My stay was in Limenaria, I like it a lot and the opportunity to do daily walks to Potos, more than 4 km through pine forests.
Just WONDERFUL!
