Ritsa is a mountain lake in the Western Caucasus, in Abkhazia. The color of the water of lake changes throughout the year. In spring and summer, the green-yellow color of the water predominates. In autumn and winter, the blue-blue color predominates. The mountains have a height of 2200-3200 meters. The picturesque lake attracts many tourists. My friend sent me these summer photos. I'm happy to share with you a great place to relax.

Amazing landscapes. I love the stark contrast between the deep almost black shadow with the illuminated mountains in the rear. That must be a scary road to drive on in a cold wintry icy day. Wonderful really nice photos.

Some trees look like they got burned or is it just autumn? In my country (Venezuela) Autumn doesn't exist, so when you see trees like those, they got burned by some psycho and sometimes they can set a whole mountain in fire, I hope this is just Autumn!
