icing sugar - 180 g
protein - 1 pc.
Preparation of glaze:
Mix the powdered sugar with protein in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer until soft and light. The resulting mass is poured into a pastry or disposable plastic bag and paint the finished gingerbread. Give glaze glaze (on average 1-1.5 hours). Enjoy your meal.
