What are Lenticular clouds

in #photography8 years ago

Natural phenomena are very often perceived by ignorant citizens, as a miracle, something beyond the natural and so, man is limited by their senses and can make mistakes, but look at how this phenomenon perfectly.

What are lenticular clouds?

This special kind of clouds which are often mistaken for UFOs. These clouds, known as "lenticular clouds" that appear over the mountain when the wind creates a number of standing waves on the leeward side of the mountain. If kept to a certain temperature, the moisture will condense and there is a cloud in the shape of a lens or saucer. These clouds can be dangerous for pilots of large planes who avoid flying over these planes due to turbulence.

Your post just showed up in @ned live broadcast. Congrats :-)

So, what kind of cloud is it that takes off from the ground, shines beams down from space, or warps time? Some of the UFO's I have seen and witnessed with others standing right there were not of this world. It is still great to debunk though. Keep it up!
