Rainbow Delight.

Here's a nice one I just got recently! :)
Unfortunately there were a few rain drops on it so a couple areas are a little blurry, but, I kinda think that actually adds to the dreamy feel of this one.

This was on Friday the 13th! Which I guess is suppose to be a lucky day for some and for others... Not so much.
The day has significant meaning in the occult world as I am pretty sure that was a day when many Knights Templar were sort of... Targeted by the King of France and the Pope and those who survived were forced underground.

This according to a Past Grand Master Freemason.
"At dawn on Friday, October 13, 1307, throughout all of France, soldiers, bailiffs and officials simultaneously opened sealed orders from King Phillip IV of France ordering them to arrest all Knights Templar, take them into custody, charge them with heresy and obtain confessions using torture is needed. They were also to confiscate all Templar properties and treasuries before the actions could be reported to Pope Clement. Sham trials were conducted and all Templars were declared guilty of heresy. Sixty one Knights Templar, including the Grandmaster Jacque Demolay, were burned at the stake. The remaining Templars were imprisoned where many died and some were eventually pardoned by the Pope and released."

I'm sure the meaning of this day combined with the number has even deeper meaning, I'm not well studied enough to say what it is... However, the day it seems has both positive and negative implications depending on who you might ask.
A very quick Google search says... "Why Friday the 13th Is a Very Lucky Day, Indeed! Up until the patriarchal revolution, both Fridays and 13s were held in the very highest esteem. Both the day and the number were associated with the Great Goddesses, and therefore, regarded as the sacred essence of luck and good fortune."

Anyways... Umm... It was one of the most vibrant rainbows I've ever recorded and I was really hoping to be able to get a "seller" shot of Courthouse Rock and I think I did!
This one is my favorite one even though it doesn't have the double rainbow and the light isn't as good as some of the others, but, I may end up using one of the other ones instead. I don't know yet.

If this one isn't good enough, I'm sure one of the other ones will be! I got quite a few different angles and perspectives as it changed and will be sharing more of those in the coming days. :)
There's a good story behind this one! I'll try to make it quick cause this is already getting kinda long.

My father had called me and told me he thought it might be a good day to film and I wasn't sure if I was gonna go out or not, but, I did and... Unfortunately I forgot my umbrella.
I was trying to read the weather and before too long was getting rained on and then got rained on some more and after about an hour of that or more I was cold and wet and thinking about just going home.
I kept watching it and then it started to change and looked like it was going to come out. The spot I wanted to go to was still raining so I waited a bit and ended up missing the first rainbow which frustrated me.

I thought that was it and it was over and I was bummed I didn't just go when I thought I should have...
Then it came out again and again and wow and wow... Was beyond my ability to describe beautiful.
I got some really good footage and... I'm so glad I didn't give up... I was so close, and if I did... I would have missed this very beautiful and unique event.

It was another lesson for me to not give up on things I'm passionate about...
You never know, sometimes when all hope seems lost... The light might come out and provide a beautiful experience to witness.
Hope you like the image! Peace.
