So... The Sedona movie me and my father worked on together went over 50k views on YouTube recently. :)
Pretty excited we went over 50k! If that rate maintains we should be at 100k in 3 more years.
And... I realize there's quite a few YouTubers who can pull much bigger numbers in a single day... However, I'm still very proud of me and my dad for putting together something that so many people have appreciated!
Also...I watched a Sedona IMAX movie the other night on YouTube and... It was really good!
Reminded me of just how incredible this place where I live is...
I also noticed that the video has a bit over 100k views and has been on YouTube for around 7 years.
The Sedona movie me and my father did has a bit over 50k and has been on YouTube for around 3 years.
Somehow... The movie me and my father did is doing very similar in terms of numbers of views and possibly even a little bit better than what appears to be a high budget IMAX movie with actors and all that!
Wow... That's pretty fascinating to me. :) They did a really good job with that movie and it's super professional and we only had a voice narrator and a few musicians that donated some of their music for us to use, PLUS they have the famous IMAX brand.
Quite stoked about that, it's cool to see how much so many people liked our movie! And it was amazing to film it and work together with my dad on it! :)
I'm going to post the links below in the comments to both me and my father's Sedona video and the IMAX one as well if anyone wants to check either of them out.
Peace and I hope you have an awesome day! :D
(PS... Our movie is just a short film of the monsoon season and I still hope to one day complete the full feature length version of the film with all the seasons and a chapter on the culture/spirituality/UFOs/paranormal/vortex stuff/history and other interesting things like that! Just been really busy and haven't been able to get to it yet. And I've learned a lot more since then so if we ever do finish the full length version... I think it's going to be very special. <3)
Congratulations. Thats quite the accomplishment. It is a really excellent video. I watched it a few months ago (or maybe a year ago now, I don't remember). I do remember being impressed by it though
Thanks leaky20! It is quite an accomplishment, I agree! And it wasn't easy, it was a lot of hard work... But, very worth it and made some great memories with my father I'll never forget. :) Glad to hear you appreciated it when you saw it! Cheers friend, I hope you've been doing well!
Congratulations!
Thanks pfunk! I appreciate it. :)
