This weekend was wonderfully sunny and we were able to enjoy the fresh mountain air by going nearby the ski resort La Clusaz , at the Lac des Confins, in Haute-Savoie, France.
This place is located just 45 minutes from our city Annecy and I will make you discover the magnificent snowy landscapes that we walked through our journey! 😊
Ce week-end était merveilleusement ensoleillé et nous avons pu profiter du grand air pur de la montagne en nous rendant près de la station de ski de la Clusaz, au lac des Confins en Haute-Savoie.
Cet endroit est situé à 45 mn à peine de chez nous et je vais vous faire découvrir les magnifiques paysages enneigés que nous avons traversés lors de notre promenade ! 😊
Behind the chalets and the beautiful snowy tree is the small lake on the edge, but it is here covered with snow, so you can only guess its location on the different shots here

A l'arrière des chalets et du bel arbre enneigé se situe le petit lac des confins, mais il est ici recouvert de neige, alors vous ne pouvez que deviner son emplacement sur les différents cliché que voilà 😉

Les confins represents a very beautiful Nordic ski area,
the site is renowned for its setting and the quality of its pistes, with its 63 km of pistes for all levels and was the place for world cup events until 2016.
Les confins représente un très bel espace de ski nordique, le site est réputé pour son cadre et la qualité de ses pistes, avec ses 63 km de pistes tous niveaux et le théatre des épreuves de coupes du monde jusqu'en 2016
For pedestrians, paths have been laid out so that our tracks do not disturb skiers and that everyone walks in their own place, which is very pleasant for everybody of course 😊

it is a marvel to crunch the snow under each of our steps and breathe an air that is certainly a little coldbut invigorating and healthy,
and which makes enjoy to settle down later in a cafe with a hot drink ... 😃
Pour les piétons des sentiers ont été aménagés afin que nos traces ne dérangent pas les skieurs et que chacun circule à sa place, ce qui est fort agréable pour tout le monde bien sûr 😊
Regardez la magnificence de ces paysages recouverts d'une belle neige fraiche...
c'est une merveille de faire crisser la neige sous chacun de nos pas et respirer un air certes un peu froid, mais revigorant et sain
et qui donne envie d'aller s'installer plus tard dans un café avec une boisson chaude... 😃

So beautiful it's been a while since i have seen snow it make me miss my home in Australia where i use to go snow skiing but now that i have been living in Thailand for the past 10 years it's just hot , hot , and hot...lol ... but i do love it ☀️ 😊 🌞

I personally do not enjoy heat that much, but extreme cold I do not enjoy more 😄 My place in the valley is an almost tempered one which is ok for me ...

I do love looking at the snow and skiing in the mountains for vacations but honestly couldn't live with snow around me i have adapted to the tropical weathers now and would die in the cold conditions...lol... you are more brave then me 😀
