As for the principle of the day, for someone, indeed, leadership is a winning lottery ticket, but, perhaps, the phrase of Ecclesiastes is appropriate here, everything has its time and a clear understanding that our actions as leaders are blessed by God, and are not a manifestation of our restless human nature.

Oh yes...thank you for the phrase from Ecclesiastes..I would agree.
The principle for believers ...You are not promoted unless God promotes you. We are to be on God's timing, not our own. That certainly gives us pause...does it not. Illustration of Joseph...God's timing...indeed.

Moses had absolutely no leadership qualities, he was also tongue-tied and could not really convey his thoughts to people in words, but he led the entire Jewish people, being in obedience to God :) !BEER !PIZZA
