Long Exposure Photography
Well let me start off by saying I still suck at it, but that is what makes it so exciting. The more I play around with long exposure photography, the more I begin to understand its more like a lifestyle than just get out your gear, aim and shoot.
The wonderful thing about night photography is its versatility, as the next couple of photographs will show, the same sky can produce different light sources as time progresses or just by changing your orientation.
Just before the sun sets it normally creates the most fascinating color and light source that can produce very unique perspectives. After the sun has set then you get the natural blue hue in the sky that many people love to capture.
If patience isn't your thing I don't recommend night photography for you, like I said it's more a lifestyle than just capturing the moment, it consumes time, that is one of the things I enjoy the most about this art, as there is no rush.
At the end of the day when all the lights are out, you can fill photos with light painting, trail lights, cityscapes, fireworks, star trails, sunset and sunrise only to name a few. In each one of the above mentioned possibilities there is a different technique for you to master.
The most important thing is just to get out and try, and hopefully you have fun doing it.
I love these photos. As if you can smell the air that enveloped that moment.
Thank you
Amazing lessons indeed.
The virtue of patience is what every suceessful photographer posseses.
Almost all the time when i go to the studio for shots. My photographer trully expresses this virtue and i love it.
I love your work dear.
I look forward to move amazing shots from you
