Pole fitness is a love of mine . . . but aerial arts is what I live for. Here is a video I edited from training a few months ago. @juanmiguelsalas was asking if I also did aerial silks so here you go.
And another video of the real deal . . . @onceuponatime I also included my own video with a shoulder mount so you can see it in action.
I have tried and trained in all of the disciplines in the above music video. Unfortunately not as frequently as I would need to become as skilled as the people in the video, but I remain on the path to what I dream.

The aerial videos are super rad. I have been wanting to try duo trapeze or duo silks.
Today I based 3 high in the pool!

Never too late! Even if you don't make it to cirque du soleil, the learning experience is so fun compared to conventional workouts.
