Thanks, a bluebird day is a day on the snow with nice clear weather. Sun shining, good visibility, not windy and fresh snow.

Very intetesting ......it does look the the snow is stuck on the tree but I don't suppose that is what 'snow gum tree' means?

I’d never thought about the name like that - they are known as gum trees because of the gum like sap that comes out of them I think.
