It's day off tomorrow so I'll be out in the streets celebrating. :D You shouldn't miss the Electric Masskara, some people may not be familiar where the Tourism Strip is so you can ask them directions to Lacson Street, it's the same venue. Here's a schedule of events to help guide you:
I stand corrected, it's gonna be a wet weekend lol. Do stay warm and always go out with your rain gear. :]

@rainbowme Thank you so much for the schedule It helped me today. I enjoyed roaming around the lacson area from the day until night. Your place is awesome. <3 I hope tomorrow weather will be fine.
Lacson is a huge block party from end to end every festival. :D
I hope the weather will cooperate too, share some pictures and maybe a blog post of your experience. ^.^
Yes. Very huge place. I walked a lot today. My feet super painful afterall. Hehe! ! I want to go somewhere in Bacolod. Do you have any recommendation?
The Pope John Paul Tower (20 peso entrance fee last time I checked.)
Negros Museum (and the Negros Museum Restaurant beside it)
The San Sebastian Cathedral
The Ruins
Those are the ones I can remember or think of right now. :P
