To maintain it, to be in control, to do what you want, what you really want, you need to work on it. Sometimes you need to work hard, but the most important is to work smart and fight despite every obstacle. Don't give up, keep putting step by step on your path. I heard ones that the road is always uphill when you are going to the top of the mountain. It's easy to stop, it's easy to go down, it's difficult to keep going uphill and even with time it's still gonna be hard. You can get used to it, you can be systematic, methodical, you can master the power over yourself and this is something very beautiful; harmony is happiness.

She is helping people to get their lives on the track to happier, better every day live by introducing them to new diet solutions and personalised training program, exercises. She is vegan/plant-based so instead of some magic powders and pills, she will show you how to eat good and "let the food be your medicine" (Quote by Hippocrates).
We shoot this outside training session on the hills in Dunstable, UK. We were lucky to have a beautiful weather then but I believe me and Indi were determined to shoot the photos even in rain or snow :) because that's what we do, we make things done!
