Yesterday I happen to post about making Moringa and ended up making Tea out of it for the first time. While going to collect the leaves, I took quite a few photos with my phone and I thought why don't I show the biodiversity to the rest of the world. Here is me showing off :)

I. Photo I: Cinnamon plant

III. photo III: The lone Cashew nut tree - its flowering now.
IV. photo IV: Nutmeg tree. Mace is also obtained from the nutmeg tree
V. photo V: Of course, its a chillie!
VI. photo VI: Its Pepper and the Pepper is still green.
VII. photo VII: Banana plant, Tapioca, Moringa
VIII. photo VIII: Moringa - I made tea out of this !
IX. photo IX: Oh yea, Curry Leaves

XI. photo XI : Papaya
XII. One of my favorite lil fruits .. not sure what it is called. Its sour, sweet and looks like a pumpkin!
XIII. photo XIII: Brahmi - this is Bacopa Monnieri. In northern India another plant with simlar attributes but a different shape is called as Brahmi. Both has similar medicinal value. In the South Indian Ayurveda tradition, this one is considered as Brahmi.
XIV. photo XIV : Its either an Orange plant or a Sweet Lemon (Mousambi) plant
XV. photo XV: : its a small tree with extremely sour fruits. The fruits are used for cooking, sometimes made pickle etc. Need to find the correct name in English.
XVI. photo XVI : We consume the roots and leaves of the plant. I just figured out that the name of the plant in english is Elephant Ear plant !

There is a bamboo tree, Raat Ki Rani, Money Plant (not in the pic), Peace Lilly, Lemon Tree (small bud, but growing) and Jamun..
There is another herb which i am growing (not in the pic again) its very potent medicine for all kinds of diseases...
"raath ki rani" is the orange one ?
You meant to say, pot(ent) ? :)
Ha ha.. needless to say you are 'HIGH'ly clever...
Raat ki Rani has not started flowering yet, it comes with a White FLower... the one with Yellow Flower is Hibiscus...
