    I like the mood the photo generates. I do get distracted by the high level of sharpening and saturation. I am not sure if the horizon is slightly off or if the tree makes is seem so. Shooting with wide lenses can be difficult to get everything straight, this is a very minor problem here. If I could look around beyond the photo, I would like to see more of the sky and less of the foreground. Keep up the great work.

        i agree with @noxer. about the horizon and contrast.
        The image has good composition but the contrast is too severe. this is probly due to not quite getting the exposure correct for the sky, but then again you are shooting into the sun so you are allways going to be battling with contrast. Or you have over processed it.
        Did you use fill in flash on the tree? or a reflector?

          Thanks for the comments. I didn't use any fill flash or reflectors, I used HDR [gasp] :)
