Right on! Yeah, the #openmic may be the single greatest event in all of Steemit at this moment. It's got a huge following, lots of community engagement, support from sponsors, healthy invitations to express creatively... Just working beautifully. I remember the first time when I submitted a song, and my Steemit reputation score jumped 6 points overnight!

That sounds AMAZING! I've been so entirely engrossed in my book project, everything else has fallen to the wayside – especially my music/song-writing. I do hope this space helps to reinvigorate all those neglected parts of me.
