On spot technical guidance for portrait photography. Well done! But there is one key difference between deadpan commercial/glamour portraits and the real human faces conveying emotions. True emotions, where the context is not altered by studio lights, softboxes, etc. One must keep in mind that a portrait is not just a face, thus all is permitted if the right moment and the feelings are there. :)
