Oh and a little question to you guys~ I didn't use my tripod and camera for a long time - this blog made me come back to photography after a long hiatus. But the tripod rubber handles "secreted" a weird, super sticky-nasty gooey substance all over them that doesn't come off :( I tried unscrewing them and washing them with soap, but it had no effect whatsoever. Is there anything that can be done about it now or my tripod handles simply went kaput?
