Back when the 35mm camera was in the hands of just about anybody who took pictures the Polaroid camera was the only way you could take 'uncovered photos without some juvenile in the photomart developing room "getting off" on your pictures. There was a fear of getting reported for risque images. Yup! Those were the days. I remember taking a few of my wife once and kept them for a while, but when we moved I asked her brothers to help us. I burned them for fear that her brothers might see them when moving our belongings. She never looked better!

Never thought of it that way but you are absolutely right. That must be why so many people were hardcore photographers, they just wanted to develop their own images, those pervs!
It's a shame you burned the polaroids, would be amazing to see them after such a long time!
Getting rid of them without consulting the woman in the images is one of the little mistakes I've made for which I have paid dearly for decades : ( Have a great week, ma'am.
