Great things take time. Hive has only been here for a year, and there ha e been massive improvements since the fork. Newcomers are part of growth, so why are you starting off by trying to push then away?
i've seen newcomers come and go for years, from steemit,,, could've been huge by now but there was little implemented vision,,, things could change, but not feeling it,,, same little talking circles,,, peace

I'd wager the Pareto Principle applies here. 80% of our growth and activity stems from 20% of our users. That is to be expected. But you're trying to cut off anyone who might contribute? That is like shooting yourself in the foot and then complaining about how hard it is to walk.
