This is at the end of trains. We call the last train car a caboose and they are usually red colour. I don't think trains use them anymore. So there is a trend of putting old cabooses in parks. They serve as the cabin for the crew and an office. Sometimes they used to be served as a living quarters.
That would be the coolest thing ever.
My aunt used to live in Germany with her family in the 80s and 90s they loved living over there and they miss it. Her children grew up there.

And we have a steam locomotive, still ancient times. It stands as a monument near the railway.
