When I want to relax in mind, I usually go for a walk. The only thing I take with me is a photocamera because you never know what beauty will come across.
Here are my several pictures of flowers made in Menorca. It is wonderful how many kinds of them I could find this summer here.
Shooting nature distracts attention from heavy thoughts and brings pleasant feeling that life continues and it is wonderful. And these memories will always stay with you. Try!
