Hi my dear gringa! This kind of bread is my favorite, always i want to make it but here in Mauritius the weather different not like Morocco 🇲🇦, sometimes i make it well but it come crispy, me i like the bread soft and like sponge, that’s why i stop do it, but when i will go Morocco I will make a post about it.
