What you are looking at is something msfe of wood. The plant is (if I remember correctly) made of coconut shells. This kind of work requires talent and patience. No machine can replace this yet. But I'm sure some creative person would figure out a way to build a machine that could actually mass produce works like the one above. That would be a whole new kind of creativity. Creating a creator is harder than creating a creation.
