I also love bananas, one of favorite fruits. Another tidbit information, research has shown, if outer covering of banana has more dark spots then it will have more cancer fighting properties than those that has less dark spots.

howdy from Texas daio! I love bananas also, super healthy and a great source of fuel with some peanut butter on them and if they start going bad on you then just make banana bread! fun post and great photo!
