I took these beautiful pictures from my balcony, in Seregno (Milan), in the background in some photos you can see the bell tower of the church of Santa Valeria, with a simple iphone without using effects, filters or photoshop. They look like a windows background!
It happened on the evening of Sunday, October 29th in Milan, where the sky was dyed with colors that were not at all habitual and capable of a breathtaking effect.
The phenomenon occurs thanks to the high altitude wind present at that moment coming from the North, climbs over the Alps and heats up in its descending phase. It is the föhn, a dry wind that can bring temperatures to the ground significantly above the average of the period. On that day, for example, values between + 17 ° C and + 19 ° C were recorded on almost the whole of Lombardy. The strong currents at the top "comb" the clouds in an irregular manner following the direction and the turbulence of the winds, the bright colors of the sunset give the phenomenon a particularly evocative character that leaves everyone with the nose to the sky.!!
Wow! What amazing show! Great shots
Beauty on the pic
I love the ripple like effect in the sky! Very vibrant colors, nice job!
