I’m goin to have to go with color also. The dark green trees on the mountain slope disappear when in B&W. Seeing that deep dark green really enhances the pic.
Nice shot @daveks I've got to go with the color on this one. The b/w is a nice shot on it's own, but the color really makes this one pop for me. The greens in the foreground is nice, but it adds even more texture to the mountains than the b/w.
Although it is the same photograph, it looks very different in color, and in black and white ... Both are beautiful! However, I would use the second one for a postcard...

I prefer the color. I can see the trees in the distance. On the b&w version it's just shadow.

This one I am going to say black and white. I like the way the texture of the black above the rocks looks like velvet.
I agree with you @daveks, and with @jlsplatts, the contrasting colors of the trees looks best in living color.
