These photos were taken by the Bow River, which runs through the Banff townsite. The 3rd photo is of the famous Bow Falls, located near the Beautiful (and expensive) Banff Springs Hotel. Rent a canoe and go for a ride, it's a lot of fun!
Most of these photos were previously posted. I am reposting those photos in this "Best of Banff" series for the New users that haven't seen them yet, some of those posts ended up "Slipping through the Cracks" without being seen by many anyways!

@daveks that water looks crystal clear! Did you use a tripod to capture these or were they handheld? Great shots that really captured the environment. Nicely done.

I miss Banff! Absolutely beautiful! It's been about 10 years since I've been there, though. Rafting, mountain biking, hiking... so much to do outside. I almost got attacked by a moose though. I was one of those stupid tourists that got too close. Lol. (Followed)
