I like the look of them, but I'm trying to reduce the amount of sugar I have. Is there much in the chocolate? I'm not sure if dates are good from that perspective - I've read conflicting things?

Well, I am not here to argue sugar content of anything, I do not like to enter those debates. If you use dark chocolate, you should be safe
