feel free to leave the mint out if you prefer. My Dad is self proclaimed purist and he does not like the mint in his chocolate chip cookies. So, I have to make a couple off to the side just for him - LOL.

Haha aww that's super sweet of you to do for Dad. I love chocolate chip mint ice cream, but not Andes mints or york peppermint patties... I don't know what's wrong with me 😂
