I enjoy photography; I tried starting a class in it a few years ago but at the time the late class, so far from home, didn’t fit well with an already demanding study/work/parent schedule. Despite my knowledge and skill set not being as finely tuned as I would have hoped, my #passion however still remains. It is an aim of mine to work on my #skills this year and really get to know my own #style. Photography does help to #relax me - I enjoy finding the perfect angle that will #capture a #story in one click.
Another passion of mine is watching my #husband at work. He is a #selfemployed #artist and after 13 years I am still in awe at how he turns a blank board into an amazing piece of #art. To watch him at work, flitting back and forth between colours, working on a #painting until he is satisfied that it represents the story he wishes his audience to see, bringing characters to life and bringing joy to his clients. I have sat and watched him for hours, watching him get lost in the painting and eagerly #creating.
While watching him, sometimes I would snap a quick #photo and in those photos I hope I have captured everything he possesses and shows in his work on a daily basis - hard work, #determination, #creativity, #passion, #enjoyment and immense #thought and #consideration.
Watching an artist at work is a very #inspirational moment to share.
