মানুষ আদিকাল থেকেই শরীর সুস্থ রাখার জন্য বিভিন্ন রকমের শারিরিক কসরত করে থাকে । আগের দিনে যেহেতু যুদ্ধ করে বাঁচতে হত , তাইতো শরীর ফিটনেস তাদের খুব জরুরি ছিল । তাইতো তারা বিভিন্ন শারীরিক ব্যাম করে ফিটনেস ভালো রাখত । এখনও মানুষ বিভিন্ন ব্যাম করে থাকে যাতে শরীর সুস্থ থাকে । যোগ ব্যাম মানুষের মনকে প্রফুল্ল ও চিন্তা মুক্ত করার একটি কার্যকর উপায় ।
এই চিত্রে সেই ধরনের একটি যোগ ব্যাম করা হচ্ছে । তবেঁ মানুষ বিভিন্ন উপায়ে যোগ ব্যাম করতে পারে । যোগ ব্যাম করার অন্যতম মূলমন্ত্র হল মানুষের মনযোগ পৃথিবীর যাবতীয় চিন্তাধারা থেকে দূরে রাখা । হতে পারে তা অন্য কোন কাজে পূর্ণ মনোযোগ । এভাবে সে যাবতীয় পার্থিব চিন্তা থেকে দূরে থাকে । এটা নিয়মিত করলে মানুষের কর্ম ক্ষমতা অনেক বেড়ে যায়। এটা অনেক গবেষণায় দেখা গেছে । কাজেই যোগ ব্যাম সবার করা উচিত । অনেক সময় মানুষ যে সকল ধর্মীয় যেমন প্রার্থনা এগুলো যোগ ব্যামের মত কাজ করে ।
