I'm not sure about the 1100D but many DSLRs have what's called "exposure delay mode" or something similar. Essentially what this does is it allows you to set a timer before the shutter curtain will fire. When you set it for say 3 seconds, you will push the shutter button, the mirror will immediately flip up, then 3 seconds later the shutter will fire. It's good for very high zoom where camera/lens shake is critical

yes ive got it on 10sec delay but still i get wobble

Do yo mean 10 second delay on self timer, or 10 second delay on exposure delay mode? Self timer and exposure delay mode are 2 separate settings and used together they can make a big difference.
