As the water warms up; a Bondi scoop.

It's almost here, we're counting down the days, winter is almost at an end.

The usual hustle and murmur of Bondi beach slowed to a halt; until recently that is. To be fair, I'm not giving this winter enough credit. Atleast here in Sydney the winter has been absolutely 'bearable'. I can definitely remember winters much harsher than this. And as we close another one out I'd hate to speak to soon but.. it definitely hasn't been that bad.

Notably, the eastern suburbs of Sydney have again started to spring to life as cafes and eateries sustain a subtle hum. People feeling ready to come out from their hibernation chambers filled with M&M packets and 'seen' Netflix episodes - Bondi, Bronte, Coogee and Maroubra start to function as a desirable destination once more.

You may not be brave enough to get out here and enjoy the winter's waters, but that's alright. Half the experience is just catching the view. So enjoy a cheeky little shot of our view from the grassy knoll, as I almost cannot hold my anticipation for our whimsical winter to be over;
