The closest to the Lucerne "piece" is the real Alps, Mount Pilatus 2130 meters high provides residents and tourists with a whole range of entertainment - from the rise on a unique historical train on the jagged path to hotel rest, gastronomic pleasures and a mass of active pursuits. Pilatus is an ideal place to feel the splendor of the Swiss Alps, not being detached from city life.
On Mount Pilatus you can take a variety of leisure activities. In summer the largest cable car park operates here, to the services of guests - ten cable routes, from the lungs to the most "adrenaline" ones. Another popular attraction - "PowerFan" allows you to "fall" from a height of 20 meters and be picked up from the ground by an ultra-thin rope, whose diameter is only 6 mm! From the middle station of the cable car to the foot of Pilatus you can descend to the 1350-meter toboggan. Still here in honor climbing, hiking and just leisurely walks on one of the many hiking routes.
In winter, Snow Park is waiting for guests at the Pilatus. One of the four tracks of different complexity can be rolled up on sledges, snowshoes, bagels and other snow and entertainment means of transport. The length of the most simple route is only 200 meters, the rest - 3 km. Even in the cold season you can do winter walking. And if you are imbued with the charm of Pilatus, at your service a comfortable hotel "Pilatus Kulm". You can also refresh yourself during active rest in any of the 10 restaurants in the resort.

That "PowerFan" doesn't sound like "power fun" to me lol. But the view here is wonderful.

Nice photos! I'd be a little hesitant to ride in that gondola, though... I don't mind heights, but faith in a tiny cable is a whole other matter!
